We order from various suppliers, and products are often shipped directly from them. So if you order more than one item, the items may be packaged separately and may arrive from different warehouses and via different carriers. Our suppliers use FedEx or UPS, and sometimes the U.S. Postal Service, to ship packages.

Generally, items that are in stock ship out quickly. But note that some of the items we carry are handcrafted, not mass-produced. For those items, order processing may take longer. Please take these times into account when ordering for birthdays, holidays or other time-sensitive occasions. To be on the safe side, add another 5 to 7 days for in transit time if you choose ground shipping.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is based on the combined weight of the items you order, and is calculated at checkout. You will have a choice of ground, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping if you live in the continental U.S. Fewer shipping methods are available for Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping

Most of our products can be shipped to Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to other countries at this time.

Sales taxes

Residents of Illinois must add 6.25% sales tax to the cost of the merchandise total.

We want you to be happy with any item you order from us. We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee on most products. (Sorry, but we cannot give refunds or exchanges on gift baskets, gift certificates, or customized/personalized products unless they are defective or missing parts.) If you are dissatisfied with something you order from us for any reason, call or email us for a return authorization number, or request a return using our online form. (Note: You must be registered on our site to request a return online.)

You must ship the item back unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of the item or exchange it for a similar item. We do not reimburse shipping costs except in cases of damage or shortages.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must call us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will give you instructions on how to return it and send you a prepaid shipping label.

The manufacturers of some of the products we carry offer a lifetime warranty. If the product wears out or breaks sooner than it should under normal use, you can contact the manufacturer directly or call us for instructions on how to do so.
